Agenda for Coventry Area Branch Annual General Meeting, (AGM),  to be published on Notice boards week commencing Monday 11th January 2010.  The AGM will take place at the CWU Coventry Area Branch Office at Queens House, 16 Queens Road, Coventry CV1 3EG at 11am on Saturday 27th February 2010.

 

Motions to branch policies and amendments to branch rules for the AGM can be put to t he branch from week commencing Monday 18th January 2010.  These will be published on notice boards shortly afterwards.

 

The submission of motions to branch rules and amendments to branch rules closes at noon on Monday 1st February 2010.

 

Amendments to branch rules and policies to be published on notice boards week commencing Monday 1st February 2010.

 

Amendments to submitted motions and amendments to branch rules and policies close at noon on Monday 15th February 2010.

 

Representative vacancies in all businesses will be published on notice boards week commencing Monday 18th January 2010.

 

Nominations for representative vacancies will close at noon on Monday 8th February 2010, (any ballots required will be published on notice boards week commencing Monday 8th February 2010).
