The Law is on your side! You are legally entitled to take a Trade Union Representative into disciplinary meetings with you in order to represent your case on your behalf. |

As a member of the Communication Workers Union you’ll be entitled to our help, our advice and most importantly, our representation with disciplinary matters and disciplinary hearings, should you ever be faced with discipline charges.
Our representatives are trained to deal with disciplinary procedures and have a vast experience of representing CWU members at disciplinary hearings regarding conduct and attendance.
Additionally our Branch has a high success rate with regards to ensuring that discipline cases are resolved to the benefit of our members involved. |
